We're sure you may have some questions, so lets see if we can help!

 

1. Where are you located?

We are located in Sanderston, in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

2. Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We deliver state wide where applicable. We personally deliver items, so please send us a message for a delivery quote. Remote areas may need to have a date in advance and require multiple orders. Occasionally we will also deliver to Victoria, minimum orders will still be required.

3. Do you sponsor events and riders?

Yes we do! Each year we advertise looking for riders to sponsor, this is generally done via our Facebook page but sometimes the website. We don't accept applications unless we have spots open. We also have limited spaces each year to sponsor events, such as shows, show jumping, eventing etc. Please email us to get in touch.

4. What are your payment options?

We have multiple ways to pay via the website. Pay via credit card, paypal, or afterpay. For lay-by or other options please contact us via Facebook or email.

5. Do you have a store we can visit?

We have a physical address however as most items are made to order, we don't normally have stock on hand. Sometimes we will advertise open days or you can visit us when we have trade stalls at events.

6. I've called you but can't get through.

This bit is tricky, alot of the areas around home our phones get limited service, especially if we are busy working away in the shed. Normally if we miss a call we will text you back asking if we can help in any way!

7. Can I get custom colours?

Yes! Everything wooden that can be painted, will be painted in whatever colours you tell us! We generally have most colours in stock, but can get special colours in for larger custom orders.

8. Will my jumps fit on my trailer for pickup?

That depends on your trailer size and jumps size. Poles are either 2.4mtr or 3mtr, which have been easily managed on a 6x4 trailer or ute. Cavaletti cannot be transported assembled if the trailer is not large enough, as the ends are heavy and cannot be hung over the edges of the trailer. When this occurs we supply the cavaletti un-assembled and show you how to assemble when home. Sometimes cavaletti fit fine assembled in floats. Wings etc generally fit on most trailers.

9. Where do you get your supplies?

Sadly we won't answer this. We've spent hours, days, weeks, even months, and lots of money sourcing our suppliers and have gained a trustful commitment with them. Everything we use is either sourced local or is Australian made.

11. How long until my order is ready?

Orders are done by date of order. Sometimes there may be orders ahead of you, sometimes not. For small orders it's generally about the 1.5-2 week mark, larger orders and busy periods will occur longer production times. You can always message us to ask.

 

12. Do you charge GST?

Yes we do, all our invoices and totals will show you the total price with gst upon checkout.
